The staff were all genuinely helpful and very friendly. Beds and pillows in my suite were really big.

The hotel was exceptional and exceptionally clean, had beautiful views over the skyline of Brussels. Thanks to its unbeatable and magnificent location we were walking distance to a main street and a palace.

Well-stocked and warm breakfast with lots of options, exceptional and reasonably clean place. Really big bed in the suite, plus a safe box, a kettle, and climate control. Central location, close to nearby public transport, Right near a metro station, and trams and traffic rolling past late at night and early in the morning and walking distance to a main street and a palace.

The place was exceptionally clean and staff was service-minded and highly professional. I have stayed in suite with the smart TV and nice design for 2 nights. The stay was very very good because of the comfortable location of the property. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby. The service was all in all very good.

Sincerely, it was an amazing stay for several nights. The location in a very nice area was particularly good and there were a main shopping street and a shopping street nearby. For short-orders there was Snack le Botanique, we found it close by.

The room is a nice size and there are stunning views of the botanical gardens. The hotel is in an ideal and handy location, opposite the train station.

Beautifully decorated and well priced place, good food offered for continental breakfast. Tastefully decorated suite with artworks. Lots of supplies in the room: a safe box, a kettle, and climate control.

The rooms were themed, newly remodelled, came with an amazing view. Wonderful and beautiful location to the neighbouring botanical garden, all was really good. I visited New Donatello, based next to the hotel, had dinner there.

The rooms are well-equipped and themed and have beautiful view on botanic garden. It is set in a very very nice area, walking distance to a main street and a palace. Taste the food in de Ultieme Hallucinatie, you only need to walk 200 metres to reach it.

This place had a stunning design and the staff at the reception desk were very attentive and caring. The breakfast had a good variety of food and it was served hot. We were even able to enjoy complimentary drinks. The location was great, as it was near the Toy Museum.
